Allow searching for recipes with tool 'Q'uality levels

Some of the very good QoL things that we have are search terms that make searching for items easier. One of these is the recipe menu ability to searching for recipes which have a particular tool quality, see below:

I believe this system should be expanded to also include tool quality level, so you can check for say, metal sawing 1, 2 or 3.

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow the inclusion of level number so you can differentiate between 1, 2, 3, or other levels in all prefixes. This will help players tremendously in figuring which tools they need to build next on their journey and will be a good QoL uplift.
