by chance can you please have look the tcpdump vdr rtsp-over-tcp to minisatip, there seems to be an issue that under some conditions rtsp play requests get not answered
please set the filter "rtsp.request || rtsp.response"

vdr-plugin-satip is fixed now and rtp-over-tcp is working with latest git
