Original Xbox controller: Pressing B acts like pressing all the buttons

As title, when I press B it's like pressing every button, even L-R who are not physically available on the controller
On the OG Xbox the controller works fine

Now there isn't that issue but when I hold a button is like pressing it multiple times.
The front buttons on the OG xbox controller are analog like the DS3

It's possible to add the L and R buttons using button combination?

Cool! and for now you could try rebinding the buttons in the config. i'm gonna think if i wanna add macros in the future somehow

Nope, the console still crashes.

I made it from an Xbox female port to male, because the OG Xbox uses USB 1 but just with a different connector

ok I modded my own adapter but neither the duke nor the S version seems to work (zero response)
i probably own the pal variants

I get the same results that you described
the duke works great and the S crashes the system in cfw/ofw
