Has anyone else continued to create builds that recreate a version of the Github Action runners?

Any problem? I have not much changes planned, I fix the build process if it breaks and make changes to follow breaking changes of nektos/act.

The next breaking change will bee the tool_cache.

Do you think the last build is too old?

Yes the pipeline is flaky, normally scheduled runs don't fail two times in a row.

The Large images, not built by this repo are outdated

Missing response from issue reporter, I don't see any problem here
