It will print NaN if I enable print_array(A) in your code.
I checked the program and found it is not consistent with the Gramschmidt algorithm as these links (1, 2) show.
Specfically, the newly generated vectors are stored back to A after k, which will affect the updating in the next iteration. Is this an issue for Gramschmidt?
