MAJOR repack almost all .dds gfx! Over 1k files! Were manually revised and resaved ALL .dds files that 16kbytes and bigger. Most of all has bigger size than they must (up to 300%). All transparance was saved correctly for DXT1/DXT3.
This reverts commit d08d6e4.
