How do I use that TestPublisher specifically of your other project? (drones-267)

Hey @aldarionsevero - I need to tidy that up - it's actually just a variant of the ROS tutorial here: http://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Tutorials/WritingPublisherSubscriber(c%2B%2B) - nothing to do with roscopter specifically.
