Feature: disabling vocalization while building sentence

This proposal suggests adding a feature that would provide a Navigation toggle for disabling vocalization of tiles while the user is building a sentence.

I will refer to this feature as "Quiet Builder mode"

The following App store review is an example of desire for this feature:

I dislike how it says stuff before you form full sentences,i wish there was a option where it wouldn't do that

Implementation

I am implementing Quiet Builder mode in a fork, and intend to open a pull-request to contribute the changes upstream.

Maintainer burden:

Translation process will have to be applied as I am not familiar with it. I have added translations for the relevant description resources to cboard.json as well as to the en-US.json and en-GB.json files.
