why boringssl is required ?? please explain. I was looking through the code with an intent to enhance it to implement webtransport. is the code being actively enhanced and maintained ??

why boringssl is required ??

the boringssl dependency comes from the lsquic library, because openssl doesn't support the features required to implement QUIC
