i can't seem to get my strafe to connect.
what can i do?
Im not that smart so please make it simple :)

This problem is also happening with me. I tried reinstalling the software and plugging the USB into different ports but it does not seem to work.

Most likely an issue with the new firmware - there's a testing version available in #298, which I'm going to release in the main branch soon.
