Unable to target "super" modifier key on PC keyboard?

None of the available modifier keys seem to target the "super" or "windows" key on PC keyboards, at least that I can find. I've tried "option (which targets "alt") and "command" and "meta" (both of which seem to do nothing for me).

Is that key just not supported, or am I missing something?

I think I looked into this a while back, and it was not a simple thing to do. See #81
