Autoprefixer not generating -webkit- prefixes #203

It looks like the settings generated by Autoprefixer in the gulp file are using settings for browsers that are too recent and exclude the -webkit- prefixes for the transforms and animations. Just a heads up in case anyone is seeing issues on Safari 7 or older.
