XPath Auto Evaluate disables evaluate button, but does not update on content changes #56

In the Rinzo XPath view, when enabling Auto Evaluate, the evaluate button you have to trigger manually otherwise is being disabled.

However, when the document content changes, the XPath result is not being updated and thus is displaying outdated data.
