"Forbidden or Private" on YouTube embeds

I think it started a few days ago, but at least half of the YT links in threads have "Forbidden or Private" as title now. And the videos aren't private or prevented from being embed.
Bug or did YouTube start limiting calls from oEmbed?

Same here, almost every video is broken, seems noembed.com is having issues.

Same. I actually didn't know 4chanx was using noembed, I thought I had an API key this entire time.

yeah I didn't know personal API keys had been removed and I went to go see what was wrong with mine and was confused when I couldn't find it in the settings anymore
