captcha not loading as cloudflare is being a shit again
i tried the modifications in #3407 no change edit: undid these changes as they don't do anything at all
i keep switching user agents from chrome, firefox, windows, vivaldi IE mobile still not loading

edit: using firefox: captcha loads without user agent switcher add-on enabled.
works in chrome as well because i don't have that extension installed there.
