Feature Request：删除源文件时同时删除硬/软链接 #24

实际上，我们在日常使用中，经常会直接在BT Client 直接删除种子和源文件，而这也代表着我们希望释放这部分资源所占用的空间。

如果使用 torcp的硬链接模式，空间不会得到释放，如果使用软连接，那么软连接会失效。

能否在命令行添加一个选项，删除源文件的时候，同时删除目标文件

再展开来说，能否提供一种类似daemon或者service的工作模式，始终去保持目标根文件夹和源根文件夹的数据同步呢？
