Cannot detect any running JVMs on JDK 1.7.0_45 #89

What steps will reproduce the defect?
 1.Installed jdk1.7.0_45
 2.Installed JMonitor from Eclipse Marketplace
 3.As per FAQ changed Window > Preferences > Java > Monitor > Tools > JDK Root Directory to pint to my installed JDK
4.Rechecked java.home at Help > About Eclipse > Installation Details > 
Configuration--it is pointing to correct JDK
5.Tried running a java project with a single class file.

What is the expected behavior?
VM should be identified
What was the actual behavior?

What errors are shown on Error Log view or at <workspace>/.metadata/.log?
cannot detect any running JVM on localhost.Please check FAQ
What is your environment for Eclipse?
Eclipse Kepler Service release1


What is your environment for the monitored JVM?
JDK 1.7.0_45
