Redo some connector wiring

The wiring between the smoothie board and stepper motors could use repair/replacement. I have a some of the wires look like they've been cut and re-soldered or connected at a location that would end up inside of the drag chain. This is susceptible to tearing and unplugging during operation and would be a hassle to repair later. I want to replace these with a longer connection wire.
There is plenty of cable and we can re-use the same connectors. The motor side uses JST crimps, we're going to pick up a cheap hobby king crimper for them. We have another crimper that might work for the larger ones.
