If both in Bed, trigger goodnight routine. after 9pm

If 1 gets up, turn on bathroom light.

If up for more than a few minutes, turn on Kitchen accents.

kick off morning routine when stacey gets up.

Set night lamp up when 1 person is in bed. (no one to 1).
