Sort out het_metrics.log file

This was added to help declutter the warnings which are logged by MDAnalysis when loading all the pdb files (to run heterogeneity utilities). It looks like it has become a default file which is created whenever other utilities are run as well. Need to finesse this by giving it a more sensible name. Otherwise I think it's fine as is for now
