Android version: 10

I'm on the F-Droid latest version, don't know if it affects in any way.

I'm using the AMOLED version and I've encountered that I can't see the new comments since the last time I entered a post. I remember this working before, but I don't know if it was on the Google Play version of the app or maybe the dark mode (no AMOLED).

Another problem I have is that in some cases, the flairs and icons beside the user name/thread post/comment are completely white, and it's hard to see and it is kind of bothering to have long white lines in the screen.

Is it possible to give these some colour or darken the background and have white text anyway?
