What's new:

• added support for uploading media files to FTP server
• removed base_path setting - static files are now referenced using relative paths (thanks @lebomb44 for the suggestion)
• removed OGG video format as it's no longer accepted by motion
• auth HTTP cookie names are now prefixed with meye_
• admin password is now validated (trouble-causing special characters are no longer accepted)
• snapshot URL will do its best to always serve a JPEG frame
• motion gap setting now accepts value 0
• other minor fixes
