Maybe, but going to be complicated, and not guaranteed. You don't say which
version of motionEyeOS (20190911, 20200203, 20200606, dev20200907).
Can you see the camera on another PC or device connected to the network?

Dlink usb wifi adaptater
So I have a camera connected on a poe switch which is connected on
raspberry pi's rj45.
Impossible to find the camera...
Is it possible to connect a camera on raspberry pi rj45 port?
