unable to install it

Hello. I have been followinf all the steps, but not able to find the .chug file

i have cloned the repository once and again but there is not the chugin.
I found it in this webpage
https://ccrma.stanford.edu/~rmichon/fauck/ but the API seems to be out dated so it

now copying all the files all the folders, miniaudicle just crashes
