Hello,

Today I made account at DIGIFINEX,

then I sent there some small part of theta tokens for the test ( all was ok ) , then I sebt much more Theta tokens from my Binance account to my DIGIFINEX account - and then they blocked my account...so I have my tokens at DIGIFINEX account ..but I cannot to login....

At Live Chat They wrote me to write to Theta Team - I sent them email too, but I think just Digifinex can unblocked my account...

Then I read on internet I am not the one who has blocked account with tokens or bitcoins there, so I decided directly to write you that this exchange is probably scam and kindly ask you if you can help me...

I read here that mr.Igor Koitor helped already to one guy ...
Maybe Digifinex need to be delisted from CCTX...

Hello @Bakula23 !

Thank you for reporting it!

Have you tried writing a request to support@digifinex.com with the details (txids, screenshots, your username, etc) ? If you have tried it and got a response, can you post the answer from the exchange (feel free to remove the sensitive details if any). If you haven't – I would suggest to start from there and report back here.

In general, the more details you can share – the higher the chances for recovery.

For example, you said:

but I cannot to login....

I'd recommend to specify how exactly you cannot login – a more detailed explanation on what happens when you're trying to log in, the response from the system, screenshots, etc. In short, be as precise as you possibly can.

Yes I wrote to support ,

For the first time : you can see the answer on picture in attachment...

Then I sent them email on support: I get reply on which you can see on picture nr2 in attachment...

And when I try to login =
ACCOUNT DISABLED..

I can send you screenshot as well...

Your second screenshot says that they have received your request, but that is just an acknowledgement (usually sent by a robot). The actual answer often comes some time later after their acknowledgement. It may take some time to get the actual response, so I'd recommend to wait a few days to get a reaction from DigiFinex support first. The quality of their reaction will depend on the quality of your request (how specific and how precise you were).

If you don't get the answer from them anytime soon – the second step is to send another request (repeat the process). If they don't react the second time, you might want to also forward your messages to Theta's team.

If nothing helps, I'd recommend to try other alternative means of reaching out to them (telegram, twitter, everything you can). If that doesn't help either – we will think on further options then.

Unfortunately, we're not in charge of DigiFinex, so it mostly depends on their team in this case.

P.S. one specific aspect you want to pay attention to – the blocking message is about faked accounts, hacking, and other types of cheating, so the goal is to prove that you're not involved in any of that or at least get a precise explanation from their support or an exact reason for blocking you on DigiFinex.

Due to some users registering accounts in batches, exploiting API vulnerabilities and improperly making profits, they were complained by the cryptocurrency team and we frozen their accounts. If you think it was frozen by mistake, please contact support@digifinex.com

@oliverdigifinex i think it is the same person, due to literally the same phrasing, though, i can't speak for the author of the issue, of course. Thanks for your involvement! It would be awesome to see this resolved positively. Hope you can help with it. Thx again!

@kroitor By the way, the mainnet of theta has failed, and exchanges such as Binance have also suspended deposits and withdrawals during these two days

Iam trading my nexm/usdt in digifinex trades. And it's only gave me a 35% of usdt into my wallet. The other will be frozen state. How can I get this back. I need this usdt , it's very urgent.
