generateConfigForImport |
Generates CDKTF code for importing a AlertPolicy resource upon running "cdktf plan ". |
import { alertPolicy } from '@cdktf/provider-newrelic'
alertPolicy.AlertPolicy.isConstruct(x: any)
Checks if x
is a construct.
Use this method instead of instanceof
to properly detect Construct
instances, even when the construct library is symlinked.
Explanation: in JavaScript, multiple copies of the constructs
library on
disk are seen as independent, completely different libraries. As a
consequence, the class Construct
in each copy of the constructs
library
is seen as a different class, and an instance of one class will not test as
instanceof
the other class. npm install
will not create installations
like this, but users may manually symlink construct libraries together or
use a monorepo tool: in those cases, multiple copies of the constructs
library can be accidentally installed, and instanceof
will behave
unpredictably. It is safest to avoid using instanceof
, and using
this type-testing method instead.
- Type: any
Any object.
import { alertPolicy } from '@cdktf/provider-newrelic'
alertPolicy.AlertPolicy.isTerraformElement(x: any)
- Type: any
import { alertPolicy } from '@cdktf/provider-newrelic'

alertPolicy.AlertPolicy.generateConfigForImport(scope: Construct, importToId: string, importFromId: string, provider?: TerraformProvider)
Generates CDKTF code for importing a AlertPolicy resource upon running "cdktf plan ".
- Type: constructs.Construct
The scope in which to define this construct.
- Type: string
The construct id used in the generated config for the AlertPolicy to import.
- Type: string
The id of the existing AlertPolicy that should be imported.
Refer to the {@link https://registry.terraform.io/providers/newrelic/newrelic/3.36.0/docs/resources/alert_policy#import import section} in the documentation of this resource for the id to use
- Type: cdktf.TerraformProvider
