icecast stream list not loading

The Icecast stream list cannot be populated by reloading.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start cantata
2. Click on Internet and then Streams
3. Scroll down to Icecast
4. Right click on Icecast and select Reload
5. After a short wait the Icast selection shows '0 Entry(s)

Expected behavior
The Icecast stream list is populated.

Version Info

• OS: Debian bullseye
• Cantata Version: 2.4.2
• MPD Version: [e.g. 0.20.1]
• CMake options (other than default):

Additional context
This is using the debian cantata package 2.4.2.ds1-1
It was working previously but stopped sometime in the last month - not sure when.
