Not all notifications showing up on the api

We are using the GC Notify service to generate email notifications using various templates. We retrieve notification details from the API endpoint https://api.notification.canada.ca/v2/notifications for persistent delivery status logging. The API endpoint returns some notifications but not all which were generated in the last 7 days. The notifications missing from the API call belong to a specific template.

Is there a criteria for notifications to be returned from https://api.notification.canada.ca/v2/notifications endpoint or is this likely a bug?
