Story
Service Operators and Developers want notifications to look like they came from their service or app that they run or manage so that users will be able to quickly identify the notification and trust it.
What?
Turn back on branding so we can do it via the platform admin
On the settings page (See SS in notes) Drop a change button
Change button goes to new page
New page is just a form that lets users upload a file that emails the file to us
Form should automatically include users service, their email they have logged in with, and Attach a file button
Supported file types should be .png or .jpeg
Upon uploading file send it attached to an email to TBS platform email like other Notify forms
Once uploaded the from response should communicate to user that we will process their branding request. Indicate to them we will get back to to them in 5 business days and we will reach out if we have any questions.
Why?
Branding is important for senders. It came up in initial discovery research and is still being asked for in Alpha.
We can't trust users to upload a file with a specific X*Y dimensions
Building Image resizing is a lot of work and we want to test the case first
We can manually edit images and put them in for people until such a time as the load becomes worth making it more selfserve.
