Backwards compatibility Testing

Description:

Testing for backwards compatibility to ensure that current users will not be impacted when we turn this feature on, and that they can continue to easily open their existing form files.

Acceptance Criteria:

Testing with legacy forms:

• Test to make sure Repeating Sets is compatible
• Test to make sure that file upload is compatible
• Grab some more forms from prod as well for testing

Importing with groups

• Get some draft forms setup in the DB as legacy content with the feature off. Turn on the feature --- go to edit ensure things look as expected
• create forms in Staging with different pages, and then importing it back in to validate all works as intended
