The Copyright Board of Canada has been using GC Forms for the past two years to publish their "Propose a tariff" and "Object to a tariff" forms.

They use the file attachment and repeating sets components.

Since the App router updates they are no longer working

Acceptance criteria:

Identify their launch date (Aug 19th)
Support file attachments that can be sent via GC notify only - no vault.
