When I try to start a server instance on a different host or port, the created server is still using the defaults:

$ akismet --host=127.0.0.1 --port=9000
[Mon, 28 Dec 2015 01:55:37 GMT] Akismet server listening on 0.0.0.0:3000

It seems that this parameter is completely ignored by the command line parser.

Fixed in version 0.7.1.
