Create demonstration fork of Hangman

At this moment in a recent Youtube demonstration https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ONUyenGnWw&t=260s the vlogger has to walk through a very complex issue in state closures which arises from the use of React Hooks in Functional Components.

I should put together a demonstration app which forks hangman and shows how Lauf eliminates the issue by centralising logic outside of components. See original source at https://github.com/WebDevSimplified/react-hangman
