Right now, it feels a bit silly. 馃槃 Someone who doesn't mind getting their feet wet by Windows Forms could take a look at this. Thanks in advance.

Hey, the Go button doesn't even seem to work...? There seems to be quite a lot of work that should be done to get the WinForms stuff up to speed again.

Closing with #349 now merged. With a bit more polishing work on the WinForms example I think we should be able to release a CEF3 NuGet package for WinForms without being too embarrassed 馃槈
