This is similar to #378, but it requires more work since there are more packages to be submitted to EPEL.

Submitted python-pykwalify update to EPEL 7: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/python-pykwalify-1.7.0-1.el7

pykwalify 1.7.0 is now in EPEL 7.

The PR was merged and a new update was submitted to EPEL: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2019-a6ad7cdeea

Above update got required karma and is on the way to stable, an epel7 branch was requested for CEKit: https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/10625

Branch created and the python2-colorlog pacakge is now in EPEL.
