Change application links to links of applications (transfer)

Current they are generic links to the projects site.
@dosumis will provide @shawntanzk with actual links and these will get redirected to the application where CL is used/

I already switched these in previous PRs - BICCN --> cell type explorer; HubMap --> reporter. Would be good to add Azimuth to list of applications using CL: https://azimuth.hubmapconsortium.org/

Two common references to Cell ontology are also via the CRAFT corpus (http://bionlp-corpora.sourceforge.net/CRAFT/) and Tabula Muris/Muris Senis/Sapiens (https://tabula-muris.ds.czbiohub.org/), maybe worth citing.
