UX: Tapping on a Notification of a blocked recently installed app should lead to app specific settings #883

  1. Enable blocking of newly installed apps
  2. Install a new app
  3. Tap on the notification (not the buttons), for example because you want to customize the settings more than the buttons offer
  4. The app main screen opens.
  5. You have to search for the new app.
  6. Do the settings

Step 4&5 could be skipped if the correct activity was launched from the notification
