Currently, this is not fully reproducible form the git code alone.

Detailed Description

  1. .Run.sh --login option potentially points to non-bash depending on the system
  2. module load options Leeds specific ecodes installation instructions not provided python yaml
  3. Intel compiler, not open source. Swapping to gfortran would require alterations floating point flags different some formatting options different

Context

The goal of this system is to be easy to clone a build to run anywhere

Possible Implementation

Provide a Run_external.sh for now

Future could have flags:

  • Ifort or gfortran
  • System python or anaconda (try activate the environment or create it)
  • Out put to repo VIZ site code

use ldd to Tar EXE and Library files. Add to README about request of Tared executables
