The Census Bureau released narrative profiles based on the 2009-2013 ACS data.
It appears that they can be looked up by a combination of SUMLEV and IDs, but not simply FIPS code, eg:
It might be cool to put links to these up in the top box (like we once imagined doing with Wikipedia links, or links to Propublica's school database)
These are the levels for which NPs can be found. We'll need to figure out the URL pattern for each.
