List not rendering properly in Chrome #99

Per this ticket, https://t3n.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/1113636, the list in the following article isn't rendering correctly in Chrome. It counts out the items 1, 6, 4.

Thing is, when viewed in Explorer, and in GitHub, the list renders correctly as 1, 2, 3: https://github.com/CenturyLinkCloud/PublicKB/edit/master/Support/how-do-i-report-a-support-issue.md
