PGCalc is missing

As noted from a thread in ceph-users the Placement Group Calculator is missing from the new site.

It's still available on the old site.

This is still relevant as it's linked from the Ceph upstream documentation

I made attempts to migrate this over, but it's going to require some css work.

PGcalc is back in main as of ceph/ceph#56045.

The new docs in that PR seem to describe using the pgcalc tool through a web interface, but there's no actual link to it in those docs.

Meanwhile the links we've looked at previously don't have it either:

It looks good, although there seems to be come discrepancy between this version and the one seen on access.redhat.com, I've created another ticket for it here: https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/64905
