The luminosity information record for 2015 data points to

you can find the trigger prescale factors as shown in the trigger examples

Correct it to point to TriggerAnylyzer.cc of https://github.com/cms-opendata-analyses/PhysObjectExtractorTool/tree/2015MiniAOD
