Regular expression file missing

Hello Team,

I am currently addressing issue #6976 (#6976), which pertains to the incomplete regular expression for host names in the file pkg/util/versionchecker/fromservice.go:28.

However, I have noticed that this file appears to have been removed or relocated from the main branch. I was wondering if there is any documentation or information available that explains why this file was removed. Any insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

cmctl was moved to a separate repo.
The issue has been fixed there in cert-manager/cmctl#66.
