Our instructions for using a DNS plugin with an installer in the instruction generator say something like:

Run one of the commands in the "Examples" section of the instructions for your DNS provider, along with the flag -i apache.

The problem with this is at least for some of our DNS providers like DNS Made Easy, all commands in the "Examples" section use certbot certonly so including -i apache on the command line will not properly install your certificate.
