feat: timeline + calltree show SOQL and DML counts

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Seeing the methods in which SOQL(S) and DML (D) occurred in is really handy but being able to see the total amount of DML and SOQL (total and self) would be even better. That way I can dig into a method that is using 99 of the 100 SOQL statement limit and figure out how to reduce it.

I would like to see the total SOQL + DML under this method as well as a number for SOQL + DML directly in this method (This may require a change to more of a table format no wider that the screen to display well). Columns for total SOQL, self SOQl, Total DML, Self DML would be great. If that can not be done then adding a number the D + S prefix would be an acceptable compromise e.g D3 S5.

Timeline
I would like to see Total SOQL + DML as well as self added to the tooltip
e.g

duration: 2000 ms (self 1000 ms)
SOQL: 6 (self 1)
DML: 4 (self 2)
