How I can see spotui version and upgrade it? #31

Describe the bug
I'm not able to see version and upgrade it. There is no documentation about it.

I recommend to improve the README file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

spotui -v | --version

Expected behavior
See version

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: macos monterrey

are you typing in spotui -v | --version?

The pipe | is there to mean or. either spotui -v or spotui --version
