As noted in the closing comment of #1254 there are some things we do not support in tuple/sequence enumerations which are part of a defaulted parameter expression, or a "static" argument.

Like #1275 this is now for 1.2, but it's a lot harder since it means we have to model annotation classes as well as their constructors.
