It's been killing me for years: when I open the SDK project, it will try to compile it based on a non-fresh workspace (old file list from when I closed it last), then fail (after compiling), then I hit F5 to refresh the workspace, then it recompiles and it works.
Can't we auto-refresh on project open? Or at least ask the user if he wants to?

Well, no, I think we should stick with the normal behavior of Eclipse and JDT here. Note that this might be affected by the settings in General > Workspace, by the way.
