Can't launch usbipd.exe in foreground by a task scheduler

Hello! I'm trying to add task scheduler rule to start usbipd.exe by .cmd script, but task ends with 2147942401 exit code.
It doesn't matter if I launch task manually or automatically on startup. Only launching a script form CMD works, which isn't pretty good.
Can i get some help please?
