1. Remove this link and only display it in the case of an error message. You try to search and don’t find your address.Then you can recover. In the mean time, it’s just clutter.

1. Remove these to deferring these actions, since you don’t need to login or register to use the map. If you need to keep them, make them individual buttons. Regardless, always use sentence case “Sign in,” “Register now,” “Find address” on buttons or links.
2. Consider putting all this content into a modal, because it doesn’t have value after you've read it once.
